NSC 196570 - Production method
It is obtained by nitrosation, cyclization and reduction of β-hydroxyethyl urea. Mix β-hydroxyethyl urea aqueous solution with sodium nitrite, cool to 0-3 ℃, add hydrochloric acid dropwise, keep the temperature below 28 ℃, finish the addition, raise the temperature to 40-45 ℃, and react for half an hour. Cool down to 0-3 ℃, then add sodium nitrite solution dropwise. Add crushed ice to cool down to -20 ℃, add iron powder to react for half an hour, filter, and the filtrate is 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone aqueous solution
